The Proposal of the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture for the Submission of an Offer in Public Procurement for the Conclusion of a Public Service Contract for Passenger Transport on the Virtsu-Kuivastu and Rohukuela-Heltermaa Ferry Lines
The subject of the procurement (ATL) is the provision of Transportation Services by the Carrier with four (4) main ships and the fifth ferry put into use by the Carrier on the basis of point 3.2 of the ATL on the Virtsu-Kuivastu and Rohukuela-Heltermaa ferry lines with an indicative annual capacity of 23, 244 main trips (Virtsu-Kuivastu 17 326 trips, Rohukuela-Heltermaa 5918 trips), i.e. a total of approximately 250, 000 kilometers. Also, the object of ATL is the use of state property by the Carrier for the purpose of providing transport services in the period from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2033 (inclusive).for the conclusion of a public service contract for passenger transportation on the Virtsu-Kuivastu and Rohukuela-Heltermaa ferry lines
