The project involves the development of a dedicated RTG and Spreader Maintenance Station to improve equipment availability, reduce crane and spreader downtime, streamline maintenance operations, and enhance workshop safety and operational control. The Works include the design, approvals, construction, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the RTG and Spreader Maintenance Station, comprising reinforced concrete foundations and a floor slab; the fabrication, erection and protective coating of the structural steel superstructure, including columns, corbels, beams, bracings, base plates, cladding and all associated steelwork; a roofing system comprising purlins, bracing members, angle members and insulated Aluminum-Zinc cladding sheets; the conversion of two (02) containers into office and washroom facilities, complete with furniture; together with all associated civil, structural and finishing works, quality-control testing, as-built drawings.
