Description : The objective of the framework agreements is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for Kartanker (wool boot liner) and wool soles through the establishment of two framework agreements (lot 1 and lot 2). The products shall be used by military personnel in the Norwegian Armed Forces, for use in cold climate, as part of military use, training and operations.
