1) Task No. 1 - Purchase and delivery of SUV company vehicles - max 40 pieces 2) Task No. 2 - Purchase and delivery of SUV service vehicles in an unmarked police version - max. 20 pieces 3) Task No. 3 - Purchase and delivery of SUV company vehicles marked police version - max. 20 pieces 1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of official vehicles for the needs of the Masovian Police garrison. 2. The purpose of concluding a framework agreement is to establish the terms and conditions applicable to orders be granted during the period of validity of the framework agreement, in particular prices, expected quantities, completion date and warranty conditions. 3. The Ordering Party envisages concluding a framework agreement with a maximum of five contractors as part of the task. 4.In case submission of offers in the procedure that cannot be rejected by more than five contractors that are not subject to exclusion, the contracting authority will rank the offers based on the offer evaluation criteria and conclude a contract with five contractors who obtained the highest number of points. 5. If several contractors receive the same number of points under the offer evaluation criteria, the contracting authority will select offers according to the rules set out in Chapter XII point. 3-5 SWZ. 6.
