The operator of the collection yard for the city of Neratovice The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of services consisting in ensuring the operation of waste collection facilities in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, as amended, for the acceptance of waste produced in the territory of the city of Neratovice from the contracting authority, from natural persons not doing business with permanent residence in the city of Neratovice and from owners of real estate in the territory of the city of Neratovice and ensuring take-back in accordance with Act No. 542/2020 Coll., on products with end-of-life, (part two) as amended, from the above-mentioned persons, and subsequent handling of the accepted waste (the described facility will be collectively referred to as the "Collection Yard").
