The Object of This Tender Is The Granting Of A Temporary Private Occupation License Of The Public Domain For A Bar During The Development Of The Salsa And Batxata Activity, Within The Viudansa International Festival 2026. This Tender It is reserved for local non-profit entities or associations and is governed by Article 218 of Legislative Decree 3/2003, of April 28, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Municipal and Local Government Law of Catalonia, Article 57 of Decree 336/1988, of 17 October, By which the Property Regulations of Local Entities are approved, and the Forty-Eighth Additional Provision of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts. The License will Authorize the Occupancy of the Public Way, in La Plaça De Les Palm trees of Castelldefels. The bar will occupy 9 linear meters, located within the palm tree area. In total an approximate surface of 30 M2. See Annex Plan 1. The Occupancy of the Public Domain Space Will Last for a Single Term and Exclusively the Day And in the following time slot: Saturday, June 13, from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. In the event that due to unforeseen reasons or force majeure, the organization has to postpone the Salsa and Batxata activity.
