The object of the purchase is media monitoring, communication analysis and disinformation narrative identification services, which include: 1. daily (daily and instantaneous) monitoring of mentions of the Ministry of the Environment and its subordinate institutions in the Lithuanian media and social networks in accordance with this keywords and media sources specified in the technical specification; 2. monthly and annual media monitoring analysis report preparation services; 3. monitoring of disinformation and analysis of narratives in Lithuanian and foreign information media in space. Services are provided for 12 (twelve) months from the date of entry into force of the purchase agreement. The purchase scope, requirements and technical specification are defined in Annex 3 of the special purchase conditions.
