The Object of the Project "Restoration of the Castle of Els Garidells. Phase V" is the adaptation and putting into use, by the Administration, of a space of the Castle of Els Garidells excavated by archaeological methods in the course of the phases of Previous Restoration. This Area Corresponds to the Basement of the Keep. The use that will house the conditioned space will be museum and dissemination of the history of Castillo Dels Garidells, as well as the municipality, its inhabitants and its surroundings. To this end, the adaptation of the circulation level is proposed, the functional recovery of the interior stairs, the covering of these to prevent the access of water through the stairwell and the waterproofing of the floor of the ground floor to Avoid Leaks To The Basement. The Purpose of the Works Intended for the Project is the Development of the Proposal for Actions Inside the Castle to Adapt the Basement Space to a New Use as a Museum-Dissemination Area, Time that the necessary conservation and restoration work is planned to clean up and consolidate the vertical walls of said space.
