description: The object of this project is to improve the underground changing rooms located under the bleachers and the public services located in the south-west area of the precinct of the Joan Capdevila Municipal Football Field. In order to achieve these objectives, the following actions will be carried out: • Comprehensive remodelingin the Two Collective Dressing Rooms for Teams and the Dressing Room for Referees. • Comprehensive Remodeling and Improved Accessibility of Public Services. The Remodeling Works of the Dressing Rooms Located on the Basement Floor, Under the Stands of the Football Field, There Are Three Dressing Rooms, Two for the Teams and One forTo the Arbitration Board. The facilities will be modified and compliance with current regulations will be guaranteed, with the new distribution. Replacement of Floors, Tiles of Vertical Coverings, Painting, Furniture, Carpentry and Sanitary. The Installations will be modified by updating the InstallationElectrical and Lighting, and Modifying the Space Heating System. In the public services located on the southwest side of the soccer field, the action consists in modifying the distribution of the spaces, expanding the surface to ensure compliance with the regulations.Accessibility people. Replacement of Floors, Tiled Vertical Coverings, Carpentry and Sanitary. A ramp will be built to facilitate accessibility to services. These points are developed in more detail in the project.
