The Object of the Present Specification Is to Define the Technical Prescriptions That Must Govern the Provision of the Itinerant Socio-Educational Intervention Service (Sis) of the Ribera D-Ebre Regional Council, Addressed to Children, Adolescents and Families at Risk Or Social Vulnerability. This service aims to prevent, reduce and correct situations of risk or lack of protection, promoting the permanence of children and adolescents in their family and social environment through structured socio-educational interventions, Seguint Els Criteris Definits Pel Model Del Servei D-Intervenció Socioeducativa No Residencial Aprovat Pel Departament De Drets Socials I Inclusió. The service will include the following actions: A) Support service for families with children from 0 to 3 years old. b) Itinerant Daytime Socio-Educational Intervention Service For Children From 4 to 15 Years. C) Intervention Service With Families With Children Or Adolescents At Risk. D) Socio-educational support service for 16 and 17 year olds. The Conditions Administrative, economic and legal aspects of the contract are determined in the Special Administrative Clauses (Pcap), which must be referred to in all that is not of a technical nature.
