The object of the contract will consist of the provision of technical-legal, preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance and repair services for telecommunications, photo... The object of the contract will consist of the provision of technical-legal, preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance service and repair of telecommunications, photovoltaic and low voltage electrical elements and installations existing in buildings and offices whose ownership, usufruct and/or management corresponds to VISOCAN, transferred on a rental basis. Gran Canaria, North zone Gran Canaria, South Zone The Palm The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1, repair and maintenance services to be provided in buildings located in Gran Canaria, area north; Lot 2, repair and maintenance services to be provided in buildings located in Gran Canaria, southern zone; and Lot 3, repair and maintenance services to be provided in buildings located on the island of La Palma, constituting the object of each lot a functional unit capable of independent implementation.
