The object of the contract is the provision of the service of sampling and analysis of different parameters to be able to control water for human consumption, ground water and irrigation water and comply with different health regulations: • The Royal Decree 3/2023, of January 10, Which Establishes the Technical-Sanitary Criteria for the Quality of Drinking Water, Its Control and Supply, Gives the Municipalities the Responsibility to Guarantee That the Water Supplied in Their Scope Territorial Be fit for consumption up to the point of use.
