The Object of the Present Contract Is the Provision of the Service of Organization, Coordination and Execution of the 14th Vallirana Wine Fair, which will be held on the first Saturday of June from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. The contract includes the technical planning of The Event, Recruitment, Selection, Confirmation and Management of Cellars As well as the Gastronomic Offer and Space Allocation According to Criteria Agreed with the City Council. Coordination of Assembly and Disassembly of Participating Wineries and Gastronomic Entities. The Coordination Of Logistics With The Infrastructures Installed By The Council And The Credit To Each Participant Of The Expenses Derived From Their Participation In The Fair. Tasting Sales Forecasts Considering Previous Editions There are 2, 500 Wine/Cava tokens and 1, 000 Gastronomy tokens. The sale prices of each token are public in accordance with Ordinance No. 49 Regulating Public Prices for Participation in Activities and Fairs What results, taking into account the previous editions, Approximate Income Of €7, 000 Per Fair. Infrastructure (tents), security, toilets, supplies, as well as the ticket sales and collection system, which will be directly assumed by the City Council, are expressly excluded from the contract. The income of the fair will be entirely for the city council and, in no case, the bidder will have the right to collect a percentage of the tickets sold.
