Description: The Object of the Contract is the Provision of the Banking Service Consisting of the Installation and Maintenance of the Necessary Devices to Allow Citizens to Pay the Debts They have with the City of Motril by Credit or Debit Card As Provided in the Articles.98.2.A) of Law 39/2015 of October 1 of the Common Administrative Procedure and 34 and 36 of Royal Decree 939/2005, of July 29, which Approves the General Regulation of Collection. Lot 1 Installation of Point of Sale Terminals (Pos) Terminals in the Differents Dependencies of the City Council of Motril According to the Existing Needs up to a Maximum of 3 Units. Lot 2 Its Purpose is to Provide the Necessary Elements for the Installation and Operation of a Virtual Pos Terminal of the Redsys Payment Gateway (Redsys Servicios De Procesamiento, Sl)In "E-Comerce" Mode that is Integrated As a Final Step of Payment with the Payment Gateway Application of the Municipal Electronic Headquarters, and As Indicated in These Technical Specifications. Lot 3 Implementation of Virtual Tpv from the Website of the City Council of Motril, No Perjudgment of the Existence of a Specific One for the Sports Area for Reasons of Service or Technical Reasons. /n
