Description: The object of the contract that is proposed to carry out consists in launching and managing the payment system of digital local currency in the municipality in the conditions described in the Technical Specification, which includes: - Provide and manage a technological platform as a digital payment system, based on a mobile application and a control panel. - Prepare the regulation of operation of the payment system with local currency. - Carry out the local currency channeling of local public funds that provides for the city council (bonuses, subsidies, grants, etc.) through the technological platform and carry out its follow-up and justification. - Have a user care service and manage it for the entire duration of the contract to resolve the doubts and incidents that may occur in the use of the payment system in local currency. - Advise and support trade through the realization of action awareness, promotion and loyalty to the commercial sector to join the local currency project. - Provide terminal trades to charge in local currency. - Maintain and manage the dish ...
