The Object of the Present Contract Is the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Service, as well as the Supply of Components, Materials and Spare Parts - When So Required in the Framework of Preventive Actions - of the Prevention Facilities Against Fires (PCI) of the Audiovisual Park of Catalonia in the City of Terrassa. This Service Includes All the Tasks Necessary to Guarantee the Correct, Safe and Continuous Operation of the PCI Facilities Installed in the Following Spaces and Areas Of Activity: 1. Pac Offices 2. Netzsch Offices - Cf Area 3. Offices Building a 4. Kitchen - Restaurant 5. Set And Auxiliary Services On Set (Set 1 And 2) 6. Set And Auxiliary Services On Set (Set 3 And 4) 7. Cloister/Chapel 8.
