The Object of the Contract Is the Elaboration and Drafting Service of the Basic Forest Fire Prevention Plan for the Massís Del Montseny, As a Continuation of the Previous Work Carried Out by the Government of Catalonia in the Framework of the Project Of Strategic Forest Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Infrastructures (PIE), which consisted of the identification of strategic areas, the road network and water points for the prevention of fires on the scale of the Montseny massif, according to With the requirements and conditions that are detailed in the set of technical specifications. The Purpose of This Phase, in Compliance with Current Regulations, is to Specify the Planning of the Massif Through the Establishment of Preventive Measures Against Large Forest Fires, Integrating the Information Generated in the Previous Phases and Defining the Technical Reference Document on Fire Prevention for the Montseny Area. The Scope of Action Corresponds to the Massís Del Montseny, Delimited As a Priority Protection Perimeter (Ppp) Bg1 Within the Special Emergency Plan for Forest Fires of Catalonia 2024 (Infocat), which includes the Natural Park and the Biosphere Reserve of Montseny, According to the Limits Defined in the Studies for the Identification Of The Strategic Fire Prevention Infrastructures Made By The Generalitat Of Catalonia.
