The object of this contract is the performance of the remodeling and adaptation of the Cub Building as a non-experimental research building in the Barcelona Science Park, including these within the duly approved project and in the report that They accompany the Tender. In this way, the execution of the works will be carried out on time in accordance with the approved technical project, with the aim of delivering the building completely finished, equipped and in conditions of full operation and occupation, in accordance with the Established Technical and Functional Specifications. These Works Are Essential For The Installation Of An Important Research Center, Which Imposes On The Barcelona Science Park Foundation The Obligation To Have The Works Completed Before 31 December 2027.
