The Object of the Contract Is the Execution of the Works Related to the "Executive Project for the Renovation of the Exterior Carpentry and Restoration of the Mosaic Pavement of the Access to Can Roig I Torres in Santa Coloma De Gramenet" Drafted by the Architect Jordi Morros Cardona, With a Contract Budget of €259, 407.81 (VAT Included). This Project Was Approved By The Local Government Board Held On 04/11/2025. The Building Object Of The Intervention Is A Building Listed As An Asset Of Local Cultural Interest (Bcil).
