The object of the contract is the execution of the works contemplated in the "Executive Project of the Ordinary Works of Urbanization of the Torrents Park Area North Loop" Phase I, which consist of the following points: ● Around the Pont D'esplugues: It is intended Enhancing the Contemplation of the North Face of the Bridge, Giving It Heritage Value Through the Recovery of All Its Eyes and the Creation of a Free Space with Furniture for Civic Activities. In this area closest to the Pont S'hi It will install a calisthenics area and a children's play area, in addition to adapting the fourth eye of the bridge for the installation of a climbing area or climbing wall. ● Accessibility: The accessibility of Pedestrian Itineraries will be improved to strictly comply With the Current Accessibility Code of Catalonia (Suppression of Architectural Barriers). ● Vegetation and irrigation: Clearing and pruning tasks will be carried out to recover the existing trees, dead specimens will be removed and new species will be planted (such as Garden Plums, Jacarandas, Bitter Oranges and Pink Acacias) Bioclimatically Adapted and Low Water Consumption.
