Tender Details

The object of the contract is the procurement to carry out the works included in the project to improve the accessibility of the building of the Old Rectory, seat of the Natural Park of L'Albera and of various services of the City Council of Espolla, through the Installation of an Elevator and the Reform of the Core of Vertical Communications and the Main Lobby of the Building. The performance includes the installation of an elevator with an accessible cabin in accordance with the Accessibility Code of Catalonia (minimum cabin of 1.10 X 1.40 M), as well as the auxiliary works necessary for its integration into the building, such as the redistribution of the existing staircase, the creation of intermediate landings, the adaptation of the pavement, the elimination of architectural barriers and the repair of Cover Of The Vestibule Affected By Leaks.
