The Object of this Contract Consists of the Provision of Teaching and Mentoring Work for the Modules of the Consolida'T Program Corresponding to 69 Hours of Training (6 Batches) and 140 Hours of Specialized Mentorships (5 Batches). The Regulatory Bases of Program (Order Emt/82/2025, of May 29) Establishes the Requirements That Trainers and Mentors Who Want to Apply for the Tender Must Have. Likewise, Sections 9.3. And 9.4 Of The Regulatory Bases Specify That Before Power Launching the Program Actions will require the Validation of Each Trainer and Mentor by the Management Unit of the Consolida'T Program. For this reason, the awarding of the different lots of the "Services Contract for the Teaching and Mentoring of Different Modules of the "Consolida'T" Program of the Regional Council of La Selva" Remain Subject to the Following Suspensive Condition: - The Validation by the Management Unit of the Consolida'T Program of the Professionals Submitted to the Tender, As Es It complies with the professional and academic requirements established in Order Emt/82/2025, of May 29, By which the regulatory bases that must govern the call for the granting of grants from the Department of Business and Labor for the Development of the Consolidate't Program, to Support the Consolidation, Strengthening and Reinvention of Self-Employment in Catalonia.
