REQUESTED BID TRADES: Demolition and Abatement; Wood Framing (infill); Roofing; Architectural Sheet Metal Flashing; Doors and Hardware; Finish Carpentry, Tile, Drywall; Flooring; Painting; Janitorial Services; Bathroom Accessories; Closet Shelving; Residential Appliances; Cabinets; Countertops; Plumbing, HVAC, Please note site utilities, fire sprinklers and electrical scopes were previously awarded. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: - Selective demolition including fireplaces, flooring, (6) units for ADA conversion, etc. - New fire sprinkler system at upper floors (fire sprinkler already awarded) - Conversion of (6) existing units to ADA compliant units. - Partial window replacement. approximately 14 units - New flooring in level 3 and 4 units where fire places will be removed. - Roofing overlay over existing flat roof. Note existing shingle roof and metal roof will remain. - Sewer line repair - Elevator rehab Bid Exhibits will be issued prior to a bid due date.
