Tender Details

The municipality of Mäntsälä is asking for your offer for the construction of the Uusi Anttila daycare building and its grounds, as well as the rental of the daycare building to be implemented. The procurement includes the procurement package according to this request for tenders and its attached documents; design, construction, rental and maintenance of premises and, at the end of the rental period, demolition and removal of the building. The site is located at Mikkolantie 5-7, 04620 Mäntsälä The estimated extent of the building is approx. 1, 100 - 1, 300 square meters. Contract model KVR contract. The service provider acts as the main contractor. The procurement entity must be fully ready for use on June 1, 2027. The lease period for the premises is fifteen (15) years from the completion of the premises (main lease period: June 1, 2027-May 31, 2042, i.e. 180 months), after which the customer's unilateral decision has the possibility to extend the rental period for five (5) years (=option period). The customer has the right to redeem the building at the end of the rental period under the terms of the draft rental agreement. The reference price of the acquisition consists of the main rental period and from the total rental prices during the option period. Requirements have been set for the price of the option period in relation to the price of the main rental period (see the criteria for the object of acquisition). The customer requires preliminary sketches, a preliminary energy certificate and general schedule. The purpose of the procedure is to ensure that the bidder has understood the content of the tender request and the characteristics of the construction site (see common criteria / information).
