Tender Details

Raahe's education department is requesting bids for the modular school solution needed for the Pattaste unified school. The premises will be placed on the grounds of the Pattaste school, at Rännärintie 3, 92140 Pattijoki. Approx. 32 students and approx. 2 members of the staff will move to the module's facilities. The offered module school solution must have facilities for household education of two groups of 16 people. The facilities must also include a cleaning room, toilets, storage, hallway, laundry room, and technical facilities of the necessary size. Attached is an indicative space program. The facilities offered must be suitable for school use and meet the regulations required for a permanent building permit. More detailed technical requirements are presented in the section "Criteria for the object of procurement". The facilities must be ready for use no later than February 1, 2027. The rental period is 3 years, after which a 2-year option is reserved. Questions related to the request for quotation must be sent by 12:00 on September 7, 2026.
