Description: This is an invitation to a market dialogue for rehabilitation service providers, which applies to group rehabilitation developed in the Vitality of Rehabilitation project. The workshop will be held on September 28, 2022 from 12-16 via the Teams application.
The Vital Rehabilitation project develops and tests new group rehabilitation. The purpose of group rehabilitation is to prevent the difficulty of type 1 and 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome and sleep apnea and support clients in lifestyle changes.
New group rehabilitation would replace the following rehabilitation and adaptation training courses in the future:
* Adaptation Coaching Course for Type 1 Diabetes
* Metabolic Syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes Adaptation Coaching Course
* Rehabilitation course for sleep apnea.
