Description: The management and exploitation of the Municipal Parking Service of Vehicles on the Mollet del Vallès public road The administrative need to be satisfied is to contract the specialized services for the management and control of the municipal service d 'Regulated vehicle parking (blue zone). It is a service already underway, and due to its technical complexity in terms of maintenance of hardware, software, etc. It requires the recruitment of a specialized company. And it also requires staff to carry the control tasks that the City Council does not have. This contract takes place in response to the need to manage the road parking for the benefit of the interests of the municipality. It aims to maximize the rotation of the existing places in the area that is defined regulation. From a social perspective, the object is also to improve the possibilities of parking of residents and the quality of life of their environment. From the perspective of sustainable urban mobility, the aim is to reduce congestion by means of a greater rotation in the parking of vehicles in areas of high demand and commercial.
