Tender Details

The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter Procurement Unit) requests your offer for the purchase of a Load Tractor for the Defense Forces in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The object of the procurement is a Load Tractor with equipment. More details of the object of acquisition the requirements are presented in appendix 1 of the request for tenders installation-user training The procurement item may also include accessories provided by the Tenderer, which the Procurement Unit has chosen From the accessory list provided by the bidder as an attachment to the offer. The acquisition does not include an option. The procurement object must be delivered to the Procurement Unit within 12 months of signing the contract. The price of the acquisition object's absolute requirements is the reference price of the offer, which must be entered in the input form in euros. The tenderer is asked to offer any accessories in a separate attachment. The price of accessories is not part of the comparison price of the purchase on acquisitions and right-of-use agreements (1397/2016) as an open procedure according to § 32. The procurement is a procurement that exceeds the EU threshold in accordance with section 26 subsection 2 of the Procurement Act.
