Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details Project Description: The Leys Sports Pavilion Refurbishment The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is pleased to invite you to tender for the refurbishment of The Leys Sports Pavilion at Ballards Road, Dagenham, RM10 9AJ The procurement strategy being adopted for this project will be open competition between contractors responding to a below threshold Works tender. Tenders will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria of 70% Price, 20% Quality, 10% Social Value. The works comprise of the refurbishment of the Leys Sports Pavilion including remodelling and alterations to the gym area. The successful Contractor will be appointed under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractors Design 2024, with LBBD Contract Amendments, as amended by the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham (refer to Annex 9). Upon submitting a tender for this project, the tenderer is to have read, understood and agreed to these Special Conditions. The Contractor must be both willing and capable of controlling the design development and construction phases to ensure that the project is completed to quality time and budget constraints. Documents
