The introduction of e-storage, which is less burdensome on the environment HSE is the carrier of the joint business process of information support for several companies of the HSE group (Dravske elektrarne Maribor d.o.o. (DEM), Soške elektrarne Nova Gorica d.o.o. (SENG), HSE INVEST d.o.o. (HSE INVEST) and RGP d.o.o. (RGP), therefore e-storage services are provided under this public order to both HSE and the listed subsidiaries (DEM, SENG, HSE INVEST and RGP). The subject of the public procurement is: -establishment of certified e-storage in the contractor's cloud, -pretvorba in uvoz materials from files to e-storage, - services of electronic storage of materials and technical support for a period of sixty (60) months. In more detail, the order includes the following contents: 1. Establishment of certified e-storage for a multi-organizational environment for the above companies from the client's group, during the duration of the contract, the client reserves the right to include additional companies in the order; 2. Support in establishing a seamless integration of the BusinessConnect document system with e-storage; 3. Conversion and one-time import of material from different files: - Audio material; -Material to be captured from the physical material by an external contractor selected to capture the material. The material will be in the agreed structure, and conversion by the selected e-storage provider will not be necessary; -The material, exported from the ODOS document system. 4.
