Description : 1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - PENRO Davao Oriental, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to conduct of Early Procurement Short of Award per DBM Memorandum Circular No. 2019-1 and apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Six Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos (Php 9, 206, 975.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under Comprehensive Site Development (CSD) contract for the 205.0 hectares Plantation Establishment of timberland areas, 106, 500 Seedling Production and 210.0 hectares Maintenance and Protection for Year 1, 123.0 hectares Maintenance and Protection for Year 2 and 120.0 hectares Maintenance and Protection for Year 3 of NGP site areas in the Province of Davao Oriental.
