The Honorary BKP292 call for tenders for a civilian engineer and a wooden construction engineer for a new building/enlargement of the Rietlen school complex at 8172 Niederglatt Politische Gemeinde Niederglatt
The services are based on the SIA 102, 103, 108, 108 (2014 edition), SIA 261 and the leaflet SIA 062 "school buildings" regulations. The description of the service includes phases 3 of project planning until the 5th implementation of the SIA service. At the beginning of the preliminary project SIA Performance Phase 31, a variant/optimization study (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, static, spatial, etc.) is expected. The different options are examined and presented to the decision -making committee. Specialized coordination is ensured by the technical planner of the building.
