SWZ:5.1. Subject of the order: Honey garden at the Citadel - procedure no. PIM/03/26/ZP16/2022-337 - execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a honey garden with the necessary infrastructure and demolition of the remains of the amphitheater (Summer Theater) in area of ​​Na Stoku and Na Szacach streets in Poznań.5.2. The Ordering Party, depending on obtaining additional financial resources for the implementation of the Investment, may exercise the Option Right in the scope of: OPTION 1 three-year maintenance of greenery in the investment area referred to in 1 paragraph 1 of the Agreement.5.3. The remuneration for the performance of works covered by the Option Right may not exceed 27% of the net value of the Agreement for the basic scope.5.4. Additional information regarding the detailed scope of the order is included in the contract template, Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and Attachments No. 2-3-4 to SWZ.5.5. NOTE in relation to the Description of the subject of the order and the calculation of the offer price, the Ordering Party informs that the bills of quantities attached to the procedure documentation are only of auxiliary nature and do not constitute the exclusive basis for calculation offer prices.
