Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format inSubpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Section 13.106, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested anda written solicitation (SF1449) will not be issued.The Government intends to procure legislative subscription services in support of the Office of the Secretary (OSEC)for the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). The Government is contemplating award in accordance withFAR Parts 12 and 13.1. The contract will be awarded using the Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract type with an overall periodof performance of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for a total contract life of 60 months.The solicitation number is 89603025Q0025. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular2025-03, effective 3 January 2025.This is NOT a small business set aside.
