The goal of the procurement is to acquire a flexible partner for home appliance deliveries and installations and maintenance of home appliance equipment in residential properties owned by VAV (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") located in Vantaa. Previous, indicative statistics according to the Customer's property portfolio, household appliances are renewed and serviced in the following annual volumes:• Stoves are renewed approximately 1, 200 pcs/year, cooker hoods are renewed approximately 650 pcs/year, refrigerators are renewed approximately 1, 300 pcs/year• Separate maintenance inspections of household appliances approximately 600 items/year are made, separate repairs of household appliances are made approximately 600 items/year The customer is not committed to any purchase quantities or purchase estimates above. The subscriber chooses one Provider. The procurement decision is based on overall economic affordability, according to the scoring. The maximum points are 1, 000 points. The Customer requires the Bidders to read carefully all the annexes to the procurement notice and the contract terms. The tenderer must submit an offer for all of them from the tender form works. If the Bidder has not offered all the work specified in the bid form, the bid will be interpreted as incomplete for the relevant section. An incomplete bid will be rejected.
