The Global Fund invites regional entities with proven experience in emergency grant-making, community protection, HIV key population programming, and safe rapid disbursement to submit proposals for the Rapid Community Protection Funding (RCPF) initiative. This RFP aims to select experienced regional grant makers to provide rapid, short-term support to community-led organizations serving HIV key populations affected by acute shocks and human rights crises. The objective is to ensure continuity of essential HIV services during crises by disbursing small grants to eligible organizations across various regions including Anglophone and Lusophone Africa, Francophone Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and Asia and the Pacific.
