Description:-The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of This General Provision (Op) Includes The Supply Of Pneumatic Resales, Meeting The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Detailed In Tech. Specification (Annex 1, Integral Part Of The Op Documentation). In Case Of Supply Of Pneumatic Resistors And / Or Parts Forthem, Other Than Those Listed In Tech. Specification, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make An Additional Application Within 20% Of The Value Of The Contract For The Op, At A Single Value From Which The Trade Discount Is Deducted From The Catalog Of The Contractor / Producer Who Has Offered The Contractor In The Price Withand Offer. Upon The Occurrence Of This Hypothesis, The Contracting Authority Shall Have The Right To Amend The General Contract. A Contract On The Grounds Of Art. 116, Para 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act. If The Term Of The Contract Expires And There Is An Unspent Amount, It Will Be Extended By Up To 4 (Four) Months. When This Occurs-The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Amend The Contract On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act.
