The executor must prepare the land plot formation and redevelopment project, the purpose of which is to create state plots of land for other purposes for roads (ways of use - areas of communication and engineering network corridors in Skuodas district: 1. Lenkimu boroughs in Lenkimu town: 1.1. Kuksinės for the street (road No. LE-05) - 1.55 ha area. 1.2. For Rieva street (road no. LE-10) - 1.00 ha of area. 1.3. For road no. LE-32 (from 2 parts) - 0.25 ha and 0.76 ha. 1.4. For road no. LE-33 - 1.00 ha. 2. For Šilų Street (road no. MO-72) of Mosėdis town, Mosėdis precinct - 0.25 ha. Road areas are determined preliminary. Design works are performed automatically through the information system for the preparation of land management planning documents (hereinafter - ŽPDRIS, service No. ZSFP-203119). After approval and approval of the prepared project document, to perform cadastral measurements of the formed plots. In accordance with the Law on Real Estate Cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, cadastral measurements of the plot are carried out in the state coordinate system. During the formation of plots and during the execution of plots cadastral measurements take into account the plots formed nearby and registered in the Real Estate Register of the State Enterprise Register Center, whose cadastral measurements should be carried out in the local coordinate system LKS-42. The coordinates of such plots are necessary recalculate to LKS-94. The boundaries of the projected plots must coincide with the recalculated coordinates of these plots.
