The address of the site is Nuupalankatu 28, 38210 Sastamala. The evacuation school will be built in connection with the school building suffering from indoor air problems, in the location indicated in Annex 1. The old school building will be demolished in the summer of 2026.according to the facilities. The building is used by a total of about 330 primary school students and about 66 staff. About 60 of the school students are demanding special support students, some of them are disabled. The rental period is 84 months and can be extended under separately agreed conditions.The rental period begins when the building has been commissioned and ends after 84 months. The customer's responsibility for maintaining the building ends at the end of the rental period. The supplier is then responsible for all the maintenance and removal of the building. Structures provided by a suppliermust be dismantled and transported within three (3) months of the end of the rental period. The offer must be accompanied by floor plans, surgery drawings, facade drawings, position drawing and the U-values of the structures by structure. The floor plan must bePresented by rooms / spaces operation and fixed furniture, fire compartments, exit roads, exterior stairs, canopies and ledges.
