The employer's statutory change security training
The aim of the procured service is to support the job search, employment and re-employment of dismissed persons. Participating in change safety training is always based on the person's own judgment. The Kymenlaakso welfare area offers a service to eligible persons, but everyone decides for themselves whether to participate in the service and the extent of participation. The procurement unit does not commit to a minimum purchase quantity. The service provider only invoices for completed and documented training. Invoicing is based on completed coaching hours and participant-specific coaching plans that have been approved in accordance with the contract. The object of the procurement is a total service, where the service provider is responsible for: • planning and implementation of the training • individual career coaching • monitoring and reporting of the training The obligation to organize change safety training is based on Section 13 of Chapter 7 of the Employment Contracts Act (55/2001) and Section 37 b of the Act on Municipal and Welfare Area Office Holders (304/2003) (1469/2016).
