Tender Details

The subject of the Assignment concerns the design and construction (with the mandatory option: the technical maintenance of the technical installations for 2 times 5 years) and of a municipal warehouse in Kruisem. The intended project will be realized on land in the Melkerijstraat behind the container park in Kruishoutem. This location offers many advantages: • centrally located and yet on the edge of the Kruishoutem village center, near the town hall; • adjacent to the container park, the municipal cemetery and private industry class 1 (MIK), which limits additional nuisance to local residents and means that nuisance facilities are grouped together; • well connected with adjacent regional roads and near the motorway in relation to exchange between neighboring municipalities/cities/supplies…; • the project land is owned by the municipality of Kruisem, so the construction budget is exempt from land acquisition; • the approved RUP; • there is a partial archeology note on which further work can be done; • there is a buffer basin that can be connected to and can be used as a strategic stock.
