Brief Description of assignment : The Department of Information Technology and Telecom (DITT), Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC) is implementing Digital Drukyul flagship program to transform Bhutan into a smart and inclusive society through the use of ICT. One of the key components of the digital flagship program is the Government Initiated Network (GIN) Project. The GIN project shall enhance availability and reliability of high speed connectivity to all government agencies including schools and hospitals, with an objective to support Good Governance and enhance public service delivery. DITT is proposing to produce a video documentary to measure the impact of the GIN project. The video documentary shall be used to celebrate GIN launch ceremony, tentatively planned for January-February 2023.
