Tender Details

The Ministry of Education and Culture (hereinafter the procurement unit) requests your offer for the evaluation of the current state of physical education in Finland in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The purpose of the procurement is to evaluate Finnish sports research current state, status, targeting, actors, prerequisites, strengths and development targets and opportunities. In addition, the development of exercise research in Finland since the previous overall assessment of exercise research from the beginning of the 2010s and situation to reference countries. The evaluation also produces development recommendations for the development of exercise research in Finland. The procurement object is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of this call for tenders Description of the procurement object. The procurement unit will select one (1) supplier, with whom it enters into a contract. The contract period begins after the contract is signed. The goal is to sign the contract for the evaluation on September 30, 2026, and the evaluation must be completed by June 30, 2027. The procurement has not been divided into parts, because there are no such parts in the study clear separate entities that could be implemented by several different parties, but it is important that the control of the overall picture of the research remains with one party.
