The CONTRACTOR is required to carry out Soil & Groundwater Environmental Site Assessments (SGW ESAs) at QatarEnergy's operational facilities: QatarEnergy Refinery, Mesaieed Operations, and Halul Island. The assessments will evaluate the Soil and Groundwater baseline conditions and identify potential contamination. The CONTRACTOR will develop a Conceptual Site Model (CSM) and assess Sources - Pathway - Receptors (SPR) linkages. Regular monitoring of Non-Aqueous Phase Liquid (NAPL) in Groundwater Monitoring Wells (DKM wells) is also required. The expected outcome includes three SGW ESA reports and bi-annual factual reports documenting NAPL gauging data.
