The contracting organization envisages the construction of other purpose engineering structures, communications, engineering networks, Jaunystės st. 4, Visagine, construction works (hereinafter - Works). Works are carried out according to... The procuring organization provides for other purposes of engineering structures, communications, engineering networks, Jaunystės g. 4, Visagine, construction works (hereinafter - Works). The works are carried out in accordance with the 2023 The simplified construction project "Other purposes of engineering structures, communications, engineering networks, Jaunystės g. 4, Visagine, simplified construction project" No. SR2002-272-SP (hereinafter - the Project). The purpose of this procurement is to complete the construction of a mountain on a plot of land, with environmental management works, installation of outdoor lighting, access road, sidewalks and paths around and on the mountain (completely complete to implement the Project). This procurement does not include the Works specified in the attached Bills of Quantities of Project SR2002-272-KSD: "Preparatory Works", "Sankasa installation" and in points 5, 11, 12, 13, 14 "Small architecture" (SR2022-272-SP-KSD-SKŽ). Other requirements for the procurement object are set out in Appendix 2 "Technical task" of the special procurement conditions and its appendices. The object of purchase is not divided into parts. The procurement scope, requirements and technical specification are defined in the Project and in Annex 2 of the special procurement conditions "Technical task" and its annexes. The works must be completed within 540 calendar days from the date of commencement of the works stipulated in the contract. Works the performance deadline can be extended by 60 calendar days. The conditions for the extension of the work period are indicated in Appendix 6 of the special procurement conditions "General conditions of the construction contract".
