The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the contracting of maintenance service for elevators and lifting devices installed in the different departments and facilities of the Provincial Council of Burgos and the Local Entities of the province of Burgos attached to it. The service includes the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the elements that make up the lifting devices, including permanent technical assistance (24 hours/365 days), spare parts management, issuance of monthly reports, collaboration in inspections periodic techniques and compliance with the obligations derived from current regulations regarding safety, prevention of occupational risks and environmental protection. The object is divided into two geographical lots, corresponding to the Provincial Council Provincial of Burgos, plus a set of contracts based on participating local entities.
