FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWALL
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Iniguihan through the 20% EDF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Five & 80/100 Pesos (Php 180, 275.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Materials for the Construction of Seawall Government Unit of Iniguihan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
