Tender Details

This contract covers building demolition work and related work as well as construction work on a dispersion basin and source trenches. This work is directly linked to the extension work on the Hornu site of the EpiCURA Hospital Center. The extension of10, 000 m2 including a basement, a ground floor and 4 levels will be connected to the existing building via the basement, the ground floor and the first floor. Closed structural works are currently being carried out. Completion and special technical work will be carried out in a manner that isoncommitting to the work of this contract. Some work must be carried out outside office hours or hospital operating hours. Any imposition by the contracting authority to work outside of hours must be respected and cannot be the subject of a claim for compensation. DLikewise, certain work generating significant vibrations or noise could be stopped depending on medical activity. These stops cannot be the subject of discussions or financial claims.
