This service is part of Fost Plus's obligation to take back household packaging waste in accordance with the Cooperation Agreement. To this end, the client has entered into an agreement with Fost Plus, the recognized organization for this household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will reimburse the services provided by the contractor in the context of this Assignment. The order includes the color-separated collection according to the delivery method of hollow glass from households use in the municipalities included in Appendix C (“Assignment”), collection zone 1. This service is part of Fost Plus' take-back obligation of household packaging waste in accordance with the Collaboration Agreement. The client has an agreement for this purpose concluded with Fost Plus, the recognized organization for household packaging waste. It is also the latter who will reimburse the services provided by the contractor in the context of this Assignment.
