The city of Hamina's camera surveillance service The procurement unit requests an offer for the following set of services: - Camera monitoring: new cameras as a service including delivery, installation, image recording, management and troubleshooting. - Related to this options Partial offers or alternative offers are not accepted. More detailed information and tender requirements for the entity in question can be found in appendix 1 of the tender request, which states the minimum and quality requirements for the services offered. Part services are requested to be offered as an option and the Procurement Unit decides on acquiring these separately. The services are procured for a limited 4-year contract period, after which the contract continues indefinitely. The Procurement Act is followed in procurement (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure exceeding the EU threshold. The procurement notice has been published on sukkurtaykvaet.fi and the tender documents have been made available electronically in connection with the request for tenders in the Tender service.
